Bresaola at Marcello’s Wine Market Cafe in Lafayette- I really need to eat here more often. I have never, ever had anything here that has been short of divine. Tonight I got spaghetti & meatballs, which is not something I would normally order…ever…anywhere. But I had an envie, and oh my heavens did Marcello’s deliver. Perfectly cooked pasta, a sauce with lots of zip, and the meatballs! Oh, the meatballs! Moist without being mushy and spiced just right. I’m not a meatball aficionado by any stretch, but I know I could eat those every day. And shout out to Lindsey, our server, for fantastic wine pairings and exemplary service. Ask for her. Seriously. All in all, A++++ for Marcello’s tonight!
